Diagnosticheze  şi evalueze condiţiile externe şi interne ce condiţionează managementul  persoanelor în organizaţie;&lt;br /&gt;        2. Identifice  ariile de acţiune şi tehnicile cele mai frecvente utilizate în managementul  resurselor umane;&lt;br /&gt;3. Valorizeze  importanţa noţiunii„Calitatea serviciului”;&lt;br /&gt;        3. Îţi adapteze comunicarea în funcţie de  informaţiile, opiniile şi sugestiile primite de la public;&lt;br /&gt;        4. Dezvolte tehnici  de relaţionare/recepţie personalizată;&lt;br /&gt;        5. Gestioneze şi să rezolve reclamaţiile;&lt;br /&gt;        6. Identifice tipurile şi etapele planificării muncii;&lt;br /&gt;       2. Optimizeze procesele de luare a deciziilor, rezolvarea  problemelor şi gestionarea timpului;&lt;br /&gt;       3. Implementeze practicile eficiente  de leadership şi motivaţie în gestionarea relaţiilor ;&lt;br /&gt;       4. Promoveze dinamizarea şi responsabilizarea echipelor de muncă;&lt;br /&gt;       5.  Identifice fazele de  dezvoltare a unei echipe de lucru.&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p class="text style22"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Grup ţintă:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p class="text"&gt;Administratorii, şefii sau alte persoane calificate, în  special persoanele cu studii superioare.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;       &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span class="style22"&gt;Durata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; - 21 ore. &lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p class="text style22" align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conţinutul programei:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p class="text"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Gestionarea relaţiilor:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;       &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;leadershipul;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;stilurile de leadership;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;profilul liderului;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;factorii motivaţionali în contextul organizaţional;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;tehnici de motivare;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;dinamizarea echipelor de muncă;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;factorii de coeziune ai echipelor;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;tipuri comportamentale dominante;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;fazele de dezvoltarea a echipelor;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;rolul liderului;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;responsabilizarea echipelor;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="text"&gt;coordonarea echipelor.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;       &lt;p class="text"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.
